Care

Think of your Shá Parlé jewelry as a miniature porcelain treasure — beautiful, timeless, and made to be worn with care.

Our charms begin as clay and are transformed into porcelain through multiple kiln firings before being hand-painted and finished with genuine 22k gold luster. The gemstone chain and charm holder should also be handled gently to preserve their finish.

To help preserve your piece:

  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, sunscreen, and other harsh chemicals
  • Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising
  • Store your jewelry in the pouch provided, or in a cool, dry place when not being worn

If your charms ever need to be re-lustered, just send us a request — we're happy to provide that service.

With a little love, your Shá Parlé piece is made to be treasured for years to come.

Please note: the metal wire anchored into the porcelain charm is a specialized high-temperature firing wire, needed to withstand the kiln process. Our 22k gold luster is applied by hand as a finishing detail meant to frame the porcelain edges of the charm — it's not intended to fully cover the firing wire. A small portion of visible wire is normal and not a defect.
